The iQOO 7 has officially launched in India alongside the iQOO 7 Legend. The iQOO 7 follows the iQOO 3 which was launched in 2020 as one of the first 5G phones and the iQOO 7 brings the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 to the table with high-end features. iQOO 7 Design and Display
The iQOO 7 has a plastic frame and an AG frosted matte glass rear panel which is resistant to fingerprints and smudges. The iQOO 7 measures 8.4 millimetres in thickness and weighs 196 grams. It has a rectangular camera module that houses the triple cameras with the name ?iQOO? printed below it accompanied by a flash. The iQOO 7 arrives in two colours, Storm Black and Solid Ice Blue to choose from.
The iQOO 7 features a 6.62-inch AMOLED display that offers a Full HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) resolution and has a punch-hole cutout in the centre for the selfie camera up front. The flat display offers upto a 120Hz refresh rate and is also certified for HDR10+ playback. The display has minimal bezels and offers upto 1300 nits peak brightness.
iQOO 7 Specifications
The iQOO 7 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor with an octa-core CPU. The CPU has a prime core running at upto 3.2GHz followed by three performance cores at upto 2.42GHz and four power-efficient cores clocked at 1.80GHz. This is backed by Adreno 650 GPU for graphics rendering and is paired with upto 12GB LPDDR4x RAM and upto 256GB UFS 3.1 storage options to choose from.
The iQOO 7 runs on Android 11 based Funtouch OS 11.1 out-of-the-box. It has also got a dual speaker system and is also certified for Hi-Res audio playback. Apart from that, the iQOO 7 offers the basic set of connectivity features like WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.1 and has a Type-C port. There?s also an in-display optical fingerprint reader.
The iQOO 7 is equipped with a 4,400mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging out-of-the-box which the company claims can go from 0-100 percent in just 30 minutes.
iQOO 7 Cameras
The iQOO 7 has triple cameras on the back headlined by a 48MP camera that uses Sony IMX598 sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a 120-degree field-of-view and a 2MP depth sensor. The rear cameras can record in 4K at 30FPS and is backed by a dual-LED flash. On the front, there is a 16MP selfie camera housed within the punch-hole notch cutout.
