Unless otherwise specified, the products displayed in Aditya Retail are solely for use in India, and authenticity of the products is guaranteed only if purchased from Aditya Retail.
All the issues related to jurisdiction shall be addressed in Bangalore.
Aditya Retail India reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situations where Aditya Retail is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed, or the order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Aditya Retail policy, or for any other reason.
If you made a mistake when placing an order, you can contact Customer Support to cancel the order without any charges, provided it has not already left our warehouse (typically 2-3 hours). Charges are applicable if consignment left from the warehouse. Purchases made from a sale catalog are not eligible for cancellation or exchange.
Inspect your order, if there is any damage to the box at the time of delivery, please report the same to us by reaching out to us, within 2 hours from the time of delivery with supportive photographs or video of the same. Please note: if the product packaging is intact at the time of delivery and while installation if the service engineer finds any damage, that will be in the scope of the brand service team to resolve.
The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:
In the event, we may experience an unexpected delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email by Aditya Retail team. When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.
If your order doesn’t arrive within the particular delivery timeframe please let us know. Tracking information is provided via email for most of the orders. On event, orders may become lost in transportation, delivered to the wrong address, or consigned to a person other than you. This may include a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or property manager. Packages may also be left at your front door, garage, or in a location hidden from plain view. If for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified timeframe and cannot be located with the tracking information provided, please contact us.
In the case of COD orders our courier will make one to three attempts to deliver the order after which it will be returned to our warehouse. Aditya Retail reserves the right to not accept COD orders from any person including persons who have not previously received products and issued payments.
Incase the product arrives in damaged condition, please report to us via email to [email protected] by attaching video and photos of the product within 2 hours from the time of delivery. Our team will check with the service team, if its only the packaging damage and the product remains intact, then nothing worry. If the service engineer finds the product is also damaged, we will arrange for a reverse pick up and also process the refund once the product is picked up from our shipping partner.
